Professional photography is the basis for all the other services provided here. Good imagery is what will catch a clients eye and make them want to look at a listing or printed collateral. To create the images takes a little more time, but the attention they grab and the potential to use the images for future advertising and promotion makes it well worth while.
I prefer to have my clients at each photo session to provide input on what they are looking for with each image. Each client is different and each will want to show a house in a different way. I can always make an attractive image, but it might not be what my client wants to emphasize about the space.
At a photo session I will connect my digital camera to my laptop computer so that each image can be reviewed in great detail if necessary. If the image doesn't capture what my client is looking for we can make adjustments or move the camera for a better picture.
Supplemental lighting is important for a great photograph, especially with interiors. Some rooms will only have a single light in the room which isn't enough to show the room properly. I bring additional lights that can be positioned and focused in the room to highlight or brighten up a dark corner.
